Louisa Coffee Daan Park
It’s rare that we will recommend a chain brand on this site, but this cafe deserves a mention as it’s perfect for dog owners in Taipei. First of all it’s in Daan Park which is definitely one of the best parks to walk your dog in all of Taipei. Second the staff are very accommodating of dogs, I was there on a hot summers day with a clients dog and they bought the dogs a nice bowl of water. There is inside and outside seating available, so it’s ideal for dog owners. Its a great place to relax after a walk, and if you need a meet-up point before your walk around the park its ideal.
The cafe itself offers coffees , teas , hot chocolates and bottled drinks. They also have an extensive range of snacks and cakes, it’s probably not somewhere you would visit for a meal but for a chat with friends or as part of a walk in the park its ideal.
It also is very close to the metro and the park itself has underground car parking too, making it extremely convenient even if you are not local.
